Having trained for years as a dedicated ballet dancer, I was instantly hooked on yoga after attending my first Vinyasa Flow class. I loved the dance like movement of the body, stringing postures together seamlessly to create a moving meditation with the breath. The immediate and lasting benefits, on both my mind and body, led me to want to inspire others, so I completed my teacher training with Yoga London in 2015.
I’m very passionate about intelligent movement, alignment and listening intuitively to your body. I have an acute eye for detail and enjoy guiding students through a safe practice based on my knowledge of anatomy. Strong foundations, staying focused, present and disciplined, are key to developing a long-lasting enjoyable practice.
